Favorite Beverages and Punches

Mary Jane's Punch

46 oz can of pineapple juice
12 oz can of frozen lemonade (yellow)
12 oz can of frozen orange juice
6 C of water
24 oz of ginger ale

Mix together in a punch bowl.  Add gin if wanted.

I've not tried this, but it sounded really good!

Fruit Punch
from Paul Harvey

3/4 C honey
2 T boiling water

When above is cooled, add:

4 C cranberry juice
2 C orange juice
1 C lemon juice
1 qt ginger ale

Stir all together, chill.

Instant Spiced Tea

3 C sugar
2 C Tang
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 C instant tea with lemon

Mix together and store in air tight container.  For a mug use 3 tsp of mix to a cup of hot water.

This was always one of my mom's favorites!

Spiced Tea (Perked)

4 C water
1 C sugar
1/2 C lemon juice
1 C orange juice

BASKET:
1 stick cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
4 tea bags (reg size or 1 family)

Perculate as if making coffee.  This is SO good!

Sugar Free Spiced Tea

1/3 C Orange Crystal Light
1 C instant Tea with NutraSweet
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp Allspice

Add 1 Tsp to 1 Cup of hot water.

French Vanilla Cocoa Mix

1 (1 lb 10oz) pkg nonfat dry milk powder (8 cups)
4 C sifted confectioners sugar
2 (8 oz) jars French Vanilla nondairy powdered creamer
1 (1 lb) package chocolate mix (like Nestles Quick)
1 (11 oz) jar nondairy powdered creamer (Cremora)
1/2 tsp salt

In a VERY LARGE bowl, combine all ingredients, stir until well blended.  Store in airtight container.  Makes about 19 cups of cocoa mix.  To serve- stir 3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mix into 6 oz of hot water. Mix keeps for 1 year.
