Loramae's Cheese Ball
This is SO good!!!

8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 doz little green onions, chopped
1 pkg very thinly sliced ham 

Mix all ingredients together.  I just use my hands and work it together until well mixed.  Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.   I like to set it out about one hour before it's served. Makes one large ball or two small ones.

Cheese Ball
This is really good too.

2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese
1 small jar of dried beef, chopped
3-5 green onions, chopped
1 small can chopped ripe olives
(You may only want to use 1/2 can.)
1 tsp Accent

Mix all ingredients together.  Serve with crackers.

Hot Fudge Sauce

This is VERY good on ice cream!

1 C water
4 Tbsp butter
1 C sugar
2 Tbsp heaping of cornstarch
2 Tbsp cocoa
Dash salt
1 tsp vanilla

Bring water and margarine to a boil.  Mix dry ingredients and gradually stir into boiling water.  Cool until thick.  Add vanilla.  Yields 1 1/2 Cups.
